Every estate is different - sometimes just sitting down and talking to us about what needs to be done is enough, and other times you might prefer to have us take care of the entire process for you. Whatever you would like, we can arrange for you.

We can obtain a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration for you, at a fixed cost. Some common tasks that we also attend to are arranging for the collection of funds from bank accounts and superannuation funds, transferring shares to beneficiaries, and transferring the deceased’s home and real estate property to the beneficiaries or arranging for the sale of the property. We can also help recover the balance accommodation bond from an aged care home.
