Steven Montgomery
Principal
Steven graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bond University on the Gold Coast in 2002 and was admitted as a Solicitor on the 2nd of February 2004.
Steven has worked for firms on the Gold Coast and Brisbane as well as for the Public Trustee, before beginning work with the family firm in March 2006.
Melanie Klein
Solicitor
Melanie graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from James Cook University in March 2017, before attaining a Certificate of Legal Business Skills shortly after, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in August 2017. Melanie gained admission as a Solicitor on 29 September 2017.
Melanie has been part of the Montgomery Solicitors team since early 2017, specialising in property and conveyancing matters.
