Michael Montgomery (Principal)        

Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (with Honours) from the University of Queensland in Brisbane in 1975 and has been practising in the family business since being admitted as a Solicitor on the 3rd of February 1976.

        Steven Montgomery (Solicitor)

Steven graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bond University on the Gold Coast in 2002 and was admitted as a Solicitor on the 2nd February 2004. Steven has worked for firms on the Gold Coast and Brisbane as well as for the Public Trustee, before beginning work with the family firm in March 2006.

Our Support Staff, comprising Office Manager and Legal Secretaries, have been assisting our Solicitors and clients for many years.
